Existing internal and external coated steel pipes can be connected with a single fitting to high-density polyethylene pipes! A convenient fitting that eliminates the need for cumbersome coating removal work during installation!

No need for decomposition, easy connection! Introducing the "Suppon Joint" series, a mechanical joint method that simply requires plugging in and tightening! The product we are introducing this time is the "Suppon MPX MP-D." It is a joint that can connect high-density polyethylene pipes (ISO outer diameter) and internally and externally coated steel pipes (VD pipes, PD pipes). It can accommodate sizes from 50mm to 150mm. On the high-density polyethylene pipe side, it uses a mechanical method instead of EF connection, allowing for easy installation by simply tightening bolts and nuts with a wrench. No need to prepare a fusion machine. On the internally and externally coated steel pipe side (VD pipes, PD pipes), there is no need for troublesome special tasks such as threading or coating removal, significantly reducing the work time until connection. Additionally, - The high-density polyethylene pipe side allows for pipe-on-pipe sliding, making it easy to connect existing buried pipes with new pipes. - Being flange-less reduces the risk of water leakage from the connection point, and a single joint allows for changes in pipe type. - Only a torque wrench is needed for installation, providing excellent workability.
